Returns & Replacements

Returned merchandise must meet the following criteria:

  • Merchandise must not have been installed or wetted.
  • Merchandise must be in originally packing materials and free from scratches and all other defects.
  • Merchandise must be resalable.
  • Returns/exchanges must be processed within 30days of the original order.
  • Merchandise value must exceed 20$ before shipping.

20% restocking fee will be charged on all retuned merchandise unless merchandise arrived defective or was damaged during shipping.

Special order systems

Special order water systems are not returnable unless defective or damaged in shipping.  Regarding Damage ClaimsAll shipment MUST be inspected carefully before signing for them.  The carrier will deny shipping claims made after an item has been signed for. Claims must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery as well as GrowoniX at 888-406-2521.
